If the recent MojaveExperiment site hasn't crossed your browser yet then take a look, at least to get a feel of the stance Microsoft is taking on Vista now; effectively it's ready, it's great, let's get using it. Oh, and by the way, if you haven't used/seen/experienced it, reserve judgement until you have, especially now that SP1 is flowing nicely.
Let us be gracious about the difficulties and not forget the compatibility issues that were first there on release. I'm in agreement with the direction; I've been using Vista for a couple of years now in various forms and couldn't go back to XP, I'm not going to turn this into marketing and give a list of the features I'd miss too badly but they're all there (happy to expand if required). However, if, as is always possible when exuberance overtakes the marketing message, we treat all who decry Vista as 'flat-earthers' we are in danger of being accused of ignorance. This is why I like the stance of the 'experiment'; explicitly talking to those people who haven't used it.
So, Mojave away to your hearts content and spread the word.
